Approach
Make the enquiry obvious
Service pages were structured so that the enquiry action is available at the point where a visitor has enough information to act, rather than only at the bottom of the page.
Written for the customer, not the industry
Service descriptions were laid out so a boat owner can tell what they are getting without needing to understand detailing terminology.
